Ceramic sand is made by special process formulation, special production technology and pretreatment, and by high temperature phasing method above 2000 degrees. Especially suitable for shot peening of metal parts production and maintenance process, and shot peening of light alloy parts. Ceramic pellets have excellent impact strength and toughness thanks to their extremely fine microstructure. With particularly high hardness and surface smoothness, can be recycled and used repeatedly, high utilization rate, compared with glass sand life 20-30 times, reduce the number of refuelling, improve work efficiency. Wide particle size range, strong selectability, and can be matched with various types of sand blasting machine.
